Diagnostics configuration options for the diagnostics area.

Field	Type	Description
`storage_stall_watchdog_enabled`	`bool`	Whether the debug storage stall watchdog may be armed on non-user builds. Gates the `fuchsia.diagnostics.StorageStallWatchdogEnabled` config capability. Only takes effect if the board provides the `fuchsia::storage_stall_watchdog` feature and the build type is not `user`. Products can set this to false to disable the watchdog. Defaults to 'true'.
`sampler`	`SamplerConfig`
`persistence`	`PersistenceConfig`	Defines whether or not the Persistence component should skip its update check. This is a privacy and security sensitive setting that is rarely used and always set to false on user builds.
`no_console`	`bool`	Disable the console.
`memory_monitor`	`MemoryMonitorConfig`
`component_log_initial_interests`	`vector`	The set of log levels components will receive as their initial interest.
`archivist_pipelines`	`vector`	The set of pipeline config files to supply to archivist.
`archivist`	`ArchivistConfig`
`additional_serial_log_components`	`vector`
`additional_denied_serial_log_components`	`vector`	Additional set of entries to be incorporated into a deny list for logs being forwarded to the serial port. Entries in this list take precedence over those in `additional_serial_log_components`.
