usage:
 fx rbe auth [options...]
     Verify authentication to RBE services through reclient and bazel.
     Options:
       -f,--force: Always request a fresh authentication token.

 fx rbe cleanlogs
     Clean up reproxy log dirs (from using fuchsia-reproxy-wrap.sh).
