fx sync
Bootstrap and synchronize local dependencies for a Fuchsia git checkout
usage: fx sync
If run in a plain OSS fuchsia.git clone without an existing Jiri checkout,
initializes an untracked stub integration directory and synchronizes Jiri
projects and prebuilt packages to match the current HEAD.
A standard Jiri checkout is detected when .jiri_root or integration already
exists without a .fxsync directory; in that case, fx sync exits without
modifying the checkout.
